This course presents an introduction to the practical use of the HampsonRussell – Python Ecosystem, the link between HampsonRussell software and the Python Environment.
Audience
Geophysicists, geologists, engineers, and technical staff who want to understand how we can use Python capabilities for solving geophysical tasks.
Content
This course explains essentials of HampsonRussell Python Ecosystem: how to set up the environment, how to use it and what processes are available. The course touches the Python basics as well, but it is not a coding course.
Topics covered include:
- Setting up a HampsonRussell – Python connection.
- Exchange the data between The HampsonRussell project and Python Environment.
- Python basics, creating/edit scripts, working with Python interpreters.
- Examples of using Machine Learning in Python
